Return Policy
10-24products offers a lifetime warranty based on the quality of our material, manufacturing and designs. Based on the defect we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to the customer. This excludes normal wear and tear or acts of use not associated with the standard use of the products. Shipping and handling would be the responsibility of the customer and prior authorization is required. Please contact us with any issues and we will work diligently to assist you.
10-24products will repair at its discretion any manufacturing defects in these products free of charge to the original consumer purchaser only.
The Warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product. This guarantee will not cover product or parts damaged or rendered defective due to any of the following; accident, misuse, abuse, modification, neglect, water damage, improper or unauthorized repair, improper assembly, failure to follow operating instructions, or damage due to normal wear and tear. Products must be purchased directly from 10-24products or from an authorized 10-24prouducts dealer.
*MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Defective materials (zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc) are covered by our guarantee and will be repaired at 10-24products’ discretion upon determining that the issue presented is a manufacture defect.
*WEAR AND TEAR
Wear and Tear is damage that naturally occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time. While we choose the best materials available for their application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
*LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and 10-24products’ entire liability for any breach of this warranty. 10-24products’ liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by the consumer for the defective product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
The carrying of firearms for sporting or self-defense purposes has its own inherent risks. 10- 24products assumes no liability for a customer’s decision to do so and any and all consequential events that occur to the customer or any other third party as a consequence of the customer’s or product user’s choice to do so are the sole responsibility of that person and not that of 10- 24products. By using any of 10-24products’ products, the user does so of his or her own free will, understands this and assumes all liability associated with that decision.
