Selling Price
10-24Products recognizes the importance of profitability and ROI. Therefore, the holsters will not be discounted more than the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) has been established as a representative value of the product and is adhered to by 10-24Products in order to dissuade any circumvention of our dealers. Dealers may offer specials or place 10-24Products items on sale no more than once per quarter, for no longer than 10 calendar days.
Dealer Terms of Sale
Dealers will enjoy a 50% discount from MSRP. Volume orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Initial Order: $500 Second Order: $250 Minimum Subsequent Orders: No Minimum Terms: Orders will be shipped prepaid Freight: Orders over $250.00 will ship Free of Charge Back Orders: Back Orders will be shipped prepaid
Merchandise Returns
All returns for credit require a Return Authorization prior to being returned. Product must be determined to be in resalable condition prior to a credit being issued. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shortages and Damages
Please inspect packages upon receipt and notify 10-24Products immediately upon arrival and discovery of damage or shortage. It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the freight carrier if shortages (not caused by 10-24Products) or damages occur.
Warranty
10-24Products warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
Limitation of Liability
10-24Products realizes the inherent dangers in law enforcement and other situations where the carrying of weapons is required or generally accepted. 10-24Products and its affiliates assume NO liability for death, dismemberment, or injury as a direct or indirect result of the use of this product.
Breach of Contract
Dealers breaching the terms of this agreement will cease to enjoy discount pricing or be offered the opportunity to return product.
Web Commerce
No products or goods purchased from or produced by 10-24Products shall be resold by or through any online auction or online store (such as eBay, Amazon, or other similar sites) without the express, written authority of 10-24Products. If a Wholesale Account is planning to sell products produced by 10-24Products in an online marketplace/store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account and listed on the Wholesale Application to be approved by 10-24Products.
Product Images
10-24Products will make available images that you might require for your print and online presence. Should you require any additional images, please contact us. Any imagery you provide yourself must be approved prior to use. Please allow adequate lead-time for approval; two weeks is recommended.
Merchantability and Misrepresentations
Wholesale Account agrees that 10-24Products makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of 10-24Products’ products. Wholesale Account also agrees that 10-24Products is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by the Wholesale Account or the final retail purchaser or consumer, and indemnifies 10-24Products for any legal actions that emanate from such actions.
Agreement Changes & Termination
10-24Products reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice. Either party, with 30-day written notice, can terminate the wholesale relationship.
Confirmation of Agreement
By agreeing to these terms:
You agree that you will not file a chargeback with your issuing bank and understand that doing so gives 10-24Products the right to take legal action to enforce these conditions. In the event legal action is required, you agree to bear all legal fees, and the State of Filing will be Florida. You agree that you will not represent or claim that you manufactured these products yourself. You confirm that you have reviewed and understand all policies, procedures, and terms outlined above. You authorize 10-24Products to keep this agreement on file and apply these policies to all future transactions between both parties.
